Our staff of therapists includes a clinical psychologist, clinical social worker, and a community counselor. We are dedicated to providing quality sessions with special focus on cultural sensitivity and faith-based care.
In-person & virtual appointments
My Mental Wellness is conveniently located in Detroit and is easily accessible to residents throughout Wayne County, especially those residing in the cities of Dearborn and Dearborn Heights. Our private office suite is housed inside the Islamic Center of Detroit.
New clients are required to visit our clinic in-person for an initial consultation. We are able to offer virtual visits or secure phone sessions for established clients, with the discretion of their therapist.
