Someone to talk to, after hours.

Some moments arrive after everyone else has clocked out. Our helpline is here for exactly those hours, bridging the gap when traditional services are closed.

When you call, you reach a local responder who understands the culture and everyday realities you live. At its heart is peer support: someone who listens without judgment and meets you with compassion and shared understanding.

Every call is anonymous and confidential. You don't need to have it all figured out before you reach out. We're here to listen, and to help you find your next step.

Clear about our role

What we're not, and what we can do.

Not a therapy line.

Our responders are here to provide a safe, confidential space to talk, receive support, and connect with helpful resources. For ongoing or clinical support, our professional therapy services are available separately.

Not a religious ruling service.

We don't issue religious rulings, but we respect your values and can help you think through questions with them in mind.

Not 24/7.

We're not available around the clock, but we're here during our operating hours to provide a listening ear, support, and guidance when you need it.

Not a crisis or emergency service.

We're here to listen and support, but we're not a replacement for emergency or crisis services. If you're in immediate danger or need urgent help, please contact your local emergency or crisis service.

Not a replacement for professional care.

We can be a first step, a source of support, and a bridge to other resources, but we're not a substitute for ongoing professional care when it's needed.

Not here to judge or tell you what to do.

You're in control of your conversation. We're here to listen, understand, and help you explore your options.
